The winning submission, "Where Mediation Hurts Clients: How ADR is Shielding Legal Malpractice", is featured in Volume 30 Issue 10 and is available to read in full online.
The APEX Awards for Publication Excellence is an annual competition for publishers, editors, writers and designers who create print, Web, electronic and social media.
